Nancy Lee
Senior Policy Fellow
Nancy Lee is a senior policy fellow at the Center for Global Development and a senior advisor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Her work at CGD focuses on the role of development banks in mobilizing private finance and increasing development impact. Previously, she was the deputy chief executive officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the general manager (CEO) of the Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) at the Inter-American Development Bank and deputy assistant secretary for the Western Hemisphere and for Europe and Eurasia while serving at the US Treasury Department.

Chris Clubb
Managing Director
Chris Clubb has over twenty years of experience financing development projects in more than fifty emerging and frontier markets. Prior to joining Convergence, he was the Director leading European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s (EBRD) financing/investment activities in its early transition countries. Prior to EBRD, Chris provided long-term financing to strategic European infrastructure projects at European Investment Bank, cross-border financing to international buyers at Export Development Canada and corporate banking at Toronto Dominion Bank.

Dr. Sanoussi Bilal
Head of Programme Trade, Investment and Finance
Dr. Sanoussi Bilal is a Senior Executive and Head of Programme at ECDPM in Maastricht, the Netherlands and in Brussels. He heads the Trade, Investment and Finance team of ECDPM’s Economic and Agricultural Transformation programme. Before joining ECDPM, he worked at the Overseas Development Institute, the European Institute of Public Administration and the Economics Department of the University of Geneva. He is the author of numerous publications, founding editor of the magazine GREAT Insights and a Fellow at the West African Institute.

Paul Horrocks
Head of the Private Finance for Sustainable Development Unit
Paul Horrocks is working on a number of initiatives aiming at encouraging greater private sector investment into developing countries. Prior to this, he was a Senior Executive in Fiscal Group of the Australian Federal Treasury. Paul has over a decade of Senior leadership at the European Institutions in Brussels, having worked on initiatives such as the deepening of European capital markets in response to the 2008 financial crisis.

Gary Forster
CEO
Gary Forster joined Publish What You Fund in July 2018 after taking a career break to travel with his wife. Before this he was the CEO of the NGO Transaid from 2011 until 2017 having joined the organisation as a volunteer in 2006. With a background in logistics from his time at Procter and Gamble, and qualifications in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Gary has spent much of his career designing, implementing and evaluating health programmes throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Gary is also chair of the board of trustees at Charity Finance Group.

Cherie Nursalim
Co-founder
Cherie Nursalim is Vice Chairman of Giti Group and a Special Advisor in the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Ms Nursalim is the Vice Chairman of the ICC, a board member of Publicis Groupe, IMAGINE, the BSDC Global Blended Finance Taskforce, P4G, World Green Building Council and the Global and Asia Philanthropic Circle. She chairs the UN SDSN Southeast Asia Chapter and is the co-founder of United in Diversity Foundation. Ms Nursalim serves on the Advisory Boards for MIT Sustainability Initiative, Columbia University, and Nanyang Technology University Business School.
